Terms of Service
Last updated: October 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Slayzi (the website, the mobile app and related services), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Slayzi.
2. About Slayzi
Slayzi is a platform that lets independent organisations and instructors ("Partners") list their classes, workshops, events, class passes and merchandise, and lets learners discover and book them. Each Partner is responsible for the classes and events it lists — including their content, instructors, schedule, venue and safety. Slayzi is not the organiser of Partner classes or events.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account; bookings for minors must be made by a parent or guardian
- Partner accounts are subject to review and approval before going live
4. Bookings and payments
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are set by the Partner
- Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; Slayzi collects payment on the Partner's behalf and settles it to the Partner
- A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds (or immediately, for free sessions)
- Schedules may change; the Partner will notify you of changes through Slayzi where possible
- Class passes and memberships are personal and non-transferable
5. Cancellations and refunds
- Each Partner sets its own cancellation and refund policy, shown on the class or event page where applicable
- If a Partner cancels a class or event, you are entitled to a refund or a replacement session as offered by the Partner
- Approved refunds go to your Slayzi wallet or your original payment method, as set in your Profile; refunds to your original payment method usually take 5–7 business days
- Full details are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Shipping & Delivery Policy
6. Partner responsibilities
Partners agree to list accurate information, honour confirmed bookings, use learner data only to run their classes and events, keep their posts in Explore about their own events and activities, and comply with applicable laws (including tax and safety obligations). Slayzi may suspend Partners that breach these terms.
7. Code of conduct
- Treat instructors, staff and fellow learners with respect
- Follow the Partner's safety guidelines and instructor directions
- Do not post unlawful, abusive or misleading content in comments, reviews or profiles
- Do not misuse the platform, including attempting to access other users' data
8. Liability
Participation in classes and events is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, Slayzi is not liable for injuries, losses or disputes arising from classes or events run by Partners. We recommend consulting a physician before starting any physical activity programme.
9. Content
Slayzi's name, logo and platform content belong to Slayzi. Partners retain ownership of their own content (logos, photos, descriptions, posts) and grant Slayzi a licence to display it on the platform. Photos or videos taken at Partner events are the Partner's responsibility.
10. Changes to terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and, for material changes, notify you through the app or by email. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
