1. Information we collect
When you use Slayzi we collect:
- Account details: name, email address, phone number and profile photo
- Profile information you choose to add, such as date of birth, gender, city and interests
- Bookings, class passes, attendance check-ins, reviews, and your likes, comments and votes in Explore
- Payment records (card and UPI details are handled by Razorpay; we never store them)
- For organisations and instructors ("Partners"): business, KYC and payout bank details needed for approval and settlement
- Device and usage data, such as push-notification tokens and approximate location if you allow it
2. How we use your information
- To create and manage your account
- To process bookings, payments, refunds and invoices
- To send confirmations, reminders and service messages by email, SMS, WhatsApp (if you opt in) and push notification
- To show nearby organisations, instructors and classes that match your interests
- To keep the platform secure and prevent fraud
- To improve Slayzi
3. Sharing with Partners
When you book with, join or check in with a Partner, that Partner can see the details it needs to run its classes and events — your name, contact details, bookings, class pass status and attendance with that Partner. Partners may only use this information to run their classes and events. A Partner cannot see your activity with other Partners.
4. Other sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Slayzi (such as Google Cloud/Firebase for hosting, Razorpay for payments, and our email, SMS and WhatsApp providers), or when required by law.
5. Biometric attendance
Some Partners use biometric devices for check-in. Fingerprint or face data stays on the Partner's device; Slayzi only stores the link between your account and the device's user number, and your check-in times.
6. Information security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encrypted connections and access controls, to protect your data. Partner KYC documents are stored privately and are visible only to Slayzi administrators.
7. Data retention
We keep your information while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations. Partners may retain records of classes you attended for their own accounts.
8. Your rights
You can view and update your profile in the app (Profile tab). You can request a copy of your data or deletion of your account at any time — see Delete account or contact us below.
9. Cookies
We use cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember preferences (such as Day / Night mode) and understand how the site is used. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
